Hasan, with a degree on Industrial Engineering earned his PhD on International Relations from Middle East Technical University and continued his academic studies at University of Oxford, Changing Character of War Centre. He served more than 20 years at Intelligence posts in HQ Turkish General Staff, NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre, as analyst, leader, instructor, and advisor.

Cem, as an experienced intelligence senior analyst is a graduate of Turkish Land War Academy with a System Engineering Bachelor’s Degree and specialized on Operations Research with a MA on Quantitive Methods studies. During his service at NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre, he earned his second MA at University of Salford on Intelligence and Security Studies. He served more than 20 years in the Army in which, the last 15 years were in field of intelligence covering a broad spectrum of the profession from collector to analyst, senior analyst, leader, and instructor at national and international posts.
